If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our guidelines below regarding returns, cancellations, and restocking fees.
Return Conditions
Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- No Mounting or Installation: The item must not have been installed, mounted, driven on, or altered in any way. Once an item has been installed, the right to return is forfeited.
- Original Condition: All items must be returned in the exact condition they were received, including original packaging where applicable.
- Forged Wheels Exception: Due to their customized nature, we cannot accept returns for any forged wheel(s). All sales on forged wheels are final.
How to Return
Because our store is built on BigCommerce, returns are managed through your customer account.
- Log in to your account and navigate to the Order Status Page.
- Find the order you wish to return and click the "Return Items" link.
- Select the quantity to return and your return reason.
Note: Our Customer Service Team cannot initiate the return for you manually; it must be started via the Order Status page to generate the correct tracking.
Return Processing & Fees
Once your return request is submitted, we will review it. If approved, a return shipping label will be provided via email within 48 hours (Monday-Friday).
Shop Errors: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong wheel), you will not be charged a restocking fee.
Customer Preference: If the return is due to customer preference, accidental order, or mistake, a restocking fee will apply based on the item's retail price. These fees cover handling and inspection costs.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order that is already in-process but has not yet shipped, a processing fee will apply.
- Cancellation Fee: Cancelled orders in-process will incur a $20.00 per wheel processing fee.
- Fee Waiver: If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item but immediately purchase the correct item from us, we can waive the cancellation processing fee.
